The Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) is the governing body responsible for the administration and development of the sport of lacrosse in Ontario. The OLA is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information collected from its members, participants, volunteers, and website users.

Individuals may request access to the personal information the OLA holds about them and may request corrections if the information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Requests for access should be submitted in writing to the Ontario Lacrosse Association. The OLA will respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.
